Nose
Fragrant, dried citrus peel, talcum powder, a Highland gift shop: all pot pourri and scented candles.
Palate
Silky. Another that suggests a long, slow, maturation cycle. Pecan, the pot pourri note, spiced apple sauce. Starts sweet and though it dries a little abruptly it has a honeyed elegance to it.
Finish
Crystallised ginger in syrup.
