Description

A distillery that was closed more than it was ever open, Imperial was one of Scotland's most unlucky distilleries spending more than half of her life closed, and then decades as a floor maltings only operation and ultimately looted for scrap before being unceremoniously demolished - missing out on the high times of single malt whisky - Imperial produced whisky mainly for blending. This limited-release was produced by Speciality Drinks in collaboration with London bar Park Row and DC Comics, inspired by Batman. The name Inishtree is taken from a fictional town in the Batman comics, the ancestral home of Bruce Wayne.
