Signatory Vintage, one of the largest independent bottlers in Scotland, bottled this Inchgower. Distilled on 24 April 1997 and bottled on 11 February 2020, this 22-year-old single malt was matured for approximately 20 years in Bourbon hogsheads before a 27-month finishing period in a fresh sherry butt.
