Starts with a hint of cabbage and sulphur, evolving into tropical fruits like pineapple, guava, ripe yellow apples, honey, and subtle gingerbread. Also notes of caramel, orange, melon, and strawberries, with a grassy and Chardonnay-like character.
Palate
Oily and buttery texture with tropical fruits such as pineapple, mango, guava, sweet grapefruit, orange, melon, strawberry, and kiwi. Candied ginger, mild peppery notes, subtle latte, bread crust, pastry cream, and caramel are also present.
Finish
Long, with caramel, pastry cream, mixed fruits including strawberry, melon, orange, kiwi, and pineapple. Good oak level and rich mouthfeel.
