Description

This is a Single Grain Scotch Whisky from the Invergordon distillery, independently bottled by Murray McDavid as part of their Mission Gold series. Distilled in 1987 and bottled in 2023, it is 35 years old and finished in a Ximénez-Spinola Pedro Ximénez Sherry single cask. Only 541 bottles were produced. It is not chill filtered and has a natural color. Murray McDavid, established in 1994, specializes in the art of maturation, aging whiskies in casks that previously held fine wines and spirits, creating complex and characterful Scotch whiskies. This Mission Gold release represents their finest, most singular whisky, nurtured in traditional Victorian dunnage warehouses in Speyside.
