Palate
Shortbread, walnut and chocolate, with oak spices, dried citrus zests, apricots, exotic fruit and cinnamon. Toasted oak and sweet sherried raisins provide a satisfying complexity, with powerful spice and fruit notes.
Finish
Medium long, with a combination of nutty Oloroso sherry and dark chocolate. Lengthy and complex, characterized by a spicy note and a hint of grippy tannin from the oak, with lingering spice and fruit.
