Description

The Irishman Cask Strength 2020 Release is produced by Walsh Whiskey, a small Irish family company. This release is a blend of 70% Single Pot Still and 30% Single Malt Irish whiskey, with whiskies aged between 10 and 24 years. It is matured in bourbon casks and bottled at 55.2% ABV. Only 3500 bottles of this 2020 release were available worldwide. It is non-chill filtered for a richer mouthfeel and fuller flavour.
