Nose
Punchy and intensely coastal, opening with thick waves of medicinal peat smoke, sea spray, and iodine, balanced by underlying hints of fresh lemon zest, green apples, and a subtle malty sweetness.
Palate
Full-bodied, oily, and intensely flavorful, delivering a powerful strike of campfire smoke, charred oak, and tar, which beautifully gives way to notes of salted caramel, vanilla pod, and a sharp, peppery citrus kick.
Finish
Very long, warming, and brilliantly dry, leaving a lingering memory of heavy ash, maritime brine, and a touch of cracked black pepper.
