- Rich, creamy with chocolatey accents, spices like cardamom and cinnamon, hot chocolate, and raisins. Chocolate-covered raisins and earthy vanilla pod. Secondary hints of toffee and gentle spices. Oily texture. Nectarines, ginger, and freshly ground coffee. Caramel, roasted nuts, and subtle spice, balanced by a touch of sea salt and oak.

- Fruity dark chocolate transitioning to apple with a hint of liquorice. Long and warming. Lingering sweetness with subtle oak nuances. Medium length, calming, earthy departure. Bitter cocoa, licorice root, and extinguished embers. Minor tannic dryness, subtle salty touch, hints of peach-flavored candy. Dry note of straw and toasted nuts.
