Description

Isle of Raasay Dùn Cana is a Sherry Quarter Cask Release, the first edition of an annual release from the Isle of Raasay distillery. It is a marriage of peated and unpeated spirit, initially matured in American rye casks (from Woodford Reserve, Peerless, Wild Turkey) and then finished in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry quarter casks. This single malt Scotch whisky is bottled at 52% ABV, is natural in color, and non-chill filtered. It is named after Dùn Cana, the highest point on the Isle of Raasay.
