This unpeated expression was distilled on March 29, 2019, and matured in American Rye cask #19/307 for 5 years before being bottled in 2024 at 61.2% vol. The American ex-Rye Whiskey casks are sourced from Woodford Reserve Distillery, Kentucky, imparting strong peppery, spicy flavours with fruit and butterscotch notes.
