Description

The Isle of Raasay Single Malt R-01 is the distillery's first ongoing single malt release, distilled, matured, and bottled on the Isle of Raasay. It is a lightly peated whisky matured in a combination of first-fill Rye whiskey, fresh Chinkapin oak, and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks, bottled at 46.4% ABV, natural color, and non-chill filtered.
