This Isle of Raasay Distillery Special Release was matured first in ex-rye whiskey casks and finished in a combination of ex-Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry quarter casks. It boasts hints of peppery spice, almond, nuts, and sweet fruit. Every drop was distilled, matured, and bottled on the Isle of Raasay.
