Description

J.G. Thomson & Co is a historic blending company originally founded back in 1709. The company was the original proprietor of the famous Vaults in Leith, now home to the Scotch Malt Whisky Society. The latter's ownership revived the J.G. Thomson name in 2017, debuting a new range of blends in 2021. This Sweet Blended Malt Scotch Whisky is a carefully crafted expression that brings together the smoothness of blended malt whisky with sweet, refined flavors. It is a blend of Speyside and Highland whiskies matured in American oak casks, bottled at 46% ABV, unchill filtered and with no added color. It is part of a range of small batch spirits launched in 2021.
