Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Tennessee Sour Mash Whiskey is a renowned American whiskey produced in Lynchburg, Tennessee, and is the world's best-selling American whiskey. Established in 1866, it's crafted from a mash bill of 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye, using pure, iron-free water from the Cave Spring Hollow. A key differentiator is the Lincoln County Process, where the whiskey is charcoal mellowed drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal before aging, imparting exceptional smoothness and a distinct character. It is then aged in new, handcrafted charred American white oak barrels. This iconic whiskey is known for its smooth character and flavor, remaining true to Mr. Jack Daniel's original recipe.
