Description
Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey is a charcoal-mellowed American whiskey, distilled and bottled in Lynchburg, Tennessee. It is made from a mash bill of 80% corn, 12% barley, and 8% rye, and undergoes the Lincoln County Process, where it is mellowed drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal before aging in new, charred American oak barrels. This process gives it a smooth character and distinguishes it from bourbon. It is the flagship expression from the Jack Daniel Distillery, established in 1866.
