Richness is the main draw here: caramel and vanilla carry through from the nose into a palate that adds banana, toasted oak and cinnamon. That sweetness sounds rounded rather than especially heavy, with the creamy mouthfeel giving it some breadth while oak and baking spices keep it from reading as purely sugary. The medium-to-long finish stays close to those same oak, caramel and cinnamon notes. This is a fuller, sweet-leaning character, and the balance of dessert-like notes with spice is more interesting to me than sweetness alone.
