Description

The Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Special Release Coy Hill Barrelhouse 8 is a complex Tennessee Whiskey, part of the distillery's annual special release series. This limited edition expression, bottled in 2024, was aged for approximately 10 years and 11 months in new, charred American white oak barrels, filled in September 2013. The barrels were matured on the fifth and sixth floors of Coy Hill Barrelhouse 8, located at the highest elevation on the Jack Daniel Distillery campus, where extreme temperature fluctuations intensify the whiskey's flavor and proof. It is bottled at cask strength, with proofs ranging from 122 to 137.5, and features Jack Daniel's traditional mash bill of 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye.
