Nose
Toasty oak, spicy vanilla and caramel with tar, mocha coffee, rolling tobacco, ripe banana and gingerbread. Soft caramel, warm vanilla, hints of brown sugar, rich honey and butter notes.
Palate
Spicy, buttery corn-on-the-cob with vanilla, salt, mocha coffee, overripe banana, gingerbread and cracked black pepper spice. Slight honeyed sweetness. Smooth and full-bodied with creamy vanilla, sweet molasses, light spice, and dry oak tones. Lighter and fruitier with coffee and honey notes, and a bit of rye character.
Finish
Slight saltiness to lingering dry new oak, mocha coffee and smoky bacon finish. Lingering, warm, and slightly smoky with a signature Tennessee charcoal-mellowed smoothness. Shorter than expected, with vanilla dominating.
