Description

Jacob's Pardon Cask Collective 16 Year Old is an ultra-limited American whiskey distilled in Indiana from a 99% corn and 1% malted barley mash bill. Aged for 16 years and finished in 50-year-old Oloroso sherry casks from Bodegas Williams & Humbert, it was blended by Master Blender F. Paul Pacult and bottled at 48.25% ABV.
