This Jameson 15 Year Old Remastered Single Pot Still is the first release in the Jameson Anthology series, specifically part of the 'Remastered' volume. It is a reinvention of the classic Jameson 15 Year Old Pot Still, which was discontinued in 2000. This limited-edition bottling combines traditional single pot still style with a strong influence of sherry casks, matured in American bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry butts. It is bottled at cask strength without chill filtration.

Nose
Rich nutty tones, dark berries and ripe orchard fruits mixed with sweet woodland spices. Underlying hints of oak combined with dried herbs and traditional pot still flavours. Initial aromas of raisin, hazelnut and candied orange peel, with golden syrup, honeycomb, tropical fruits (mango, peach), milk chocolate and bittersweet cereals.
Palate
Robust and spicy with pot still influences, oak's tannins, silky, textured layers of sweet dairy fudge and vanilla. Soft fruit notes of cherry, fig and plum. Bold, rich and peppery with red apple, tropical fruit, milk chocolate, malted biscuits, fudge, toffee, caramel, ginger, and mentholated licorice.
Finish
A rich and lasting finish with fruit and spices lingering, followed by toasted oak's drying tannins. Lengthy and fruity, with warming spice, toasted wood, cinnamon, powdered ginger, cocoa, and orange oil.
