- Smooth and complex, with a balanced expression of mellow malt, gentle sweetness, and understated smokiness. Peanut brittle, candied peels, plump sultana, floral malt, dry, earthy smoke. Silky texture and layers of dried fruit, toffee, and subtle smoke. Rich with notes of dried fruits, honey, and dark chocolate, subtle smokiness and gentle spiciness from oak cask maturation. Sweet fruit, creamy malt, and warm spice. Sugary orange marmalade, sweet and slightly tangy peach juice, subtle herbaceous smoke. Citrus and fragrant almonds with warm vanilla and a hint of tropical tangerines.

- Long, warming, and elegantly rounded. Another wave of honey, with a soft hint of cinnamon spiciness. Long, balanced finish. Lingering waves of wood, fruit, and light, sweet west coast smoke. Medium length, slightly bitter citrus notes and toasted cereals. Quite short but dry wood, smoke, a little bit of pepper. Long sumptuous finish.
