Layers of honey, dried fruit, chocolate, and delicate smoke with hints of spice and oak. Fragrant with good body.
Palate
Velvety and rich with toffee, roasted nuts, dark chocolate, vanilla, and subtle peat smoke. Supple and balanced. Good toffee and hints of very wistful smoke. Chocolate, hints of grass and a good hit of malt. Hazelnuts, citrus fruit, vanilla sweetness, and honey.
Finish
Long, smooth, and luxurious with lingering sweetness, oak spice, and a gentle wisp of smoke. Floral, oaky, good length, urged on by a plume of very well-kept, highland style smoke. Dried fruit, spice, honey. A luxuriously long, smoky finish.
