Nose
Earthy aromas of light garden fruits, florals, crisp cut grass, green apples, sandalwood, and light smoke with hints of oak spice. There are also notes of malt boiled sweets, baked lemon slices, drier herb tones, and gentle maritime smoke.
Palate
Smooth and layered with rich malt, dark chocolate, roasted coffee, honey, and subtle maritime smoke. Rich wood notes with Highlands oak and cedar are present, along with vanilla, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, toasted nuts, and green apple brightness.
Finish
Long, balanced, and slightly smoky with lingering oak and sweet malt, toffee, and a faint note of sea salt. Cedar and smoke also linger, with an almond nuttiness building.
