Nose
Rich, spicy aromas with hints of Christmas pudding, brandy butter, vanilla, orange, raisins, figs, cinnamon, and a thin veil of smoke. Notes of ground almond, blossom, ripe apples, and milk chocolate are also present.
Palate
Fruity and creamy on entry, with notes of caramel, manuka honey, and refined wood smoke. Abundant spice, dried fruits, dark chocolate, toffee, roasted nuts, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, honey, and citrus peel develop.
Finish
A long, lingering finish with coastal smokiness, dried fruit, oak, dark chocolate, spice, and elegant warmth. Hints of nuts, salt caramel, biscuity malt, and a soft, rich sweetness with notes of After Eight mint chocolate.
