Vibrant apple and citrus fruitiness, cinnamon, and pepper spice, with light smoke and underlying malt sweetness, and some sherry-like background notes.
Palate
Sweet vanilla and creamy toffee, with a slightly salty sweetness, new leather, creamy barley, milk chocolate, light cinnamon and nutmeg spice, and wisps of smoky peat. It can also present as dry with a trace of peat, and an exotic combination of spicy cinnamon and fresh black pepper.
Finish
A warming smoky finish, lightly smoked leathery chocolate sponge with cinnamon spice and lingering saltiness, and a medium length, sweet bitter conclusion.
