Nose
Rich in colour, with marzipan and pleasant complexity. Aromas of lemon and rosemary, intense sloe with perfumed spice notes, and a fresh, slightly sweet sense of juniper and citrus.
Palate
Slightly dry with muted fruit notes, piney fruit, subtle rosemary hints, and herbal notes. Good texture with pine and clementine, more acidity with a strong sloe impression. Sweet berry depth alongside aromatic juniper and bold, unctuous sloes, a touch of orange peel, and herbal spice. Intense plum and blackberry with some herbaceous character, complex and unusual. Freshly berry-like and elegant with a slight touch of orange peel and a nuance of almond.
Finish
Lingering pine and citrus, with a pepperyness leading to a delicate dryness. A warming finish that is long-lasting with a dryness that develops. Aromatic, with a slightly bitter touch of pine needles and a sweet and sour sloe.
