Nose
Peat and smoke, cola, lemon and orange juices, dark figgy fruits, hefty spice (pepper), sharp cheddar and Parmesan Regiano cheese, mild burnt notes, rubber, tarry, iodine-rich, barnyard and farmy. Enticing orange skin, lemon grass, camphor, flowers, vanilla, sharp cider notes. Sweet peat smoke, vanilla buttercream, corn husks, lime.
Palate
Peat and smoke, sharp cheeses, smoke, weedy and floral. Mineral start with apples, pepper, deep smoke, faint nuttiness, oranges, lemon cake, sweet vanilla, liquorice, pine tree wood. Dense, syrupy mouthfeel, dark and spicy, dates, stewed tea, cinnamon, brine.
Finish
Long and vibrant. Ashes, sweet almond milk, vanilla, slowly getting drier. Long and smoky, unsweetened chocolate, sweet nutty notes, honey-roasted peanut butter and bacon.
