Description

This limited edition 20-year-old single malt from Jura, named 'One And All', was released in 2017 to celebrate the island's community. It matured in American white oak bourbon barrels and was finished in a selection of sherry, sparkling Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Pinot Noir casks. It is non-chill filtered and presented at a cask strength of 51% ABV with natural colour. 5,000 bottles were released.

Nose
Floral, with a hint of orange, marzipan and vanilla toffee. Tropical fruits, toffee, ginger spice and honey. Dark fruits like blackberries, elderberries, plum jam, and figs.
Palate
Sweet and syrupy, with layers of oak and a touch of black pepper. Richer, thicker with dense black cherries, black forest gateau, maple syrup, chewy liquorice, and white chocolate. Dark fruit, balsamic intensity with brine, cranberry juice, raisins, and redcurrants.
Finish
Lingering sweetness balanced by notes of gingerbread and tobacco leaf. Long spicy finish with honey and black pepper. More oak wood, a hint of marzipan, coastal notes with black tea and damson jam.
