- Sweet and funky with notes of bread, boiled beef, vanilla, wood, corky apples, walnuts, white bread, apples, grapes, and minerals.
- Palate
- Gentle with white and black pepper, oak, moss, and minerals. It is surprisingly dry with hints of old fruit, cork, wood, corky apple, leathery apple and pear skins, grain, and a whiff of black pepper.
- Finish
- Warm, slightly off, with notes of beef, butter, wood, and stew-like characteristics. It is long with a bit of dryness from the grain and oak.
