Description

An Island malt whisky distillery on the remote Hebridean Isle of Jura. The Rhythm & Booze Project is back with another excellent bottling, a 28 year old single malt Scotch whisky from the Jura Distillery. It was matured in a single refill hogshead for 28 years before being bottled at cask strength. Just 75 bottles were released, featuring The Rhythm & Booze Project duo on the label.

Palate
Creamy vanilla, red fruit notes developing – think plum and raisin. Still has a good helping of cinnamon to it, now with nutmeg and white pepper in support.
