Jura The Sound is a lightly peated island single malt named for Jura's northern strait and the Gulf of Corryvreckan. It is matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished in casks that held 15-year-old Pedro Ximénez sherry, giving it dark-fruit and chocolate character.
