Description

The Kanosuke 2022 Limited Edition is a single malt Japanese whisky produced by Kanosuke Distillery in Kagoshima, Japan. Distilled from unpeated malt between 2017 and 2019, it was matured for a minimum of three years in a combination of re-charred Mellowed Kozuru rice shochu American oak casks, Oloroso sherry casks, and ex-bourbon casks, with sherry casks being the key component. It is bottled at cask strength (59% ABV) without coloring or chill filtration. This is the third flagship release from Kanosuke, following two in 2021, and is a limited edition offering.
