The Kanosuke Collaboration Series 01 'Kanosuke x Saburomaru' is a blended malt Japanese whisky themed 'Mellow Meets Peated', created from a cask-exchange programme between Kanosuke Distillery in Kagoshima and Saburomaru Distillery in Toyama. Kanosuke's mellow, unpeated bourbon-cask spirit serves as the foundation, layered with Saburomaru's peated malt to achieve balance between maritime smoke and bright fruitiness.
