Description

Kanosuke Hioki Pot Still is a single grain Japanese whisky distilled at the Hioki Distillery and matured at the Kanosuke Distillery in Kagoshima, Japan. It is made from a combination of unmalted and malted barley, double vacuum distilled using stainless steel pot stills, and aged a minimum of 3 years in new American white oak casks and ex-bourbon barrels. Inspired by Irish whiskey production and influenced by traditional shochu distillation, this non-chill filtered whisky is bottled at 51% ABV.
