Description

The first release in Kanosuke Distillery's Collaboration Series, pairing their fruity non-peated, bourbon barrel-aged spirit from Kagoshima in southern Japan with heavily peated whisky from Saburomaru distillery in Toyama prefecture on the Sea of Japan coast. Blended and bottled at 50% ABV, limited to 1,700 bottles. This collaboration is themed 'Mellow Meets Peated' and was made possible through a cask-exchange program between the two distilleries.
