Description

Kavalan, Taiwan's first commercial single malt whisky distillery, established by the King Car Group in 2005, presents its Port Oak expression. This whisky is matured in hand-selected Portuguese Port barriques, and delicately tempered with pure Kavalan spring water to a harmonious 43% ABV. The maturation in Taiwan's subtropical climate accelerates the aging process, contributing to its rich and complex character. The flavor profile blossoms with sumptuous candied-plum sweetness, intertwining with floral nuances and distinctive woody undertones.
