Kavalan Solist Amontillado Sherry Single Cask Strength Single Malt Whisky is a rare and highly sought-after single malt from Taiwan's renowned Kavalan distillery. Part of their Solist range, this single cask strength bottling is matured exclusively in ex-Amontillado sherry casks, a dry sherry type darker than Fino but lighter than Oloroso. This maturation imparts a deep, rich auburn color and a complex, nutty profile, with aromas of toasted almond, hazelnut, and caramel.
