The 8th Edition of Kilchoman 100% Islay is an official limited release bottled in 2018. Produced entirely on-site from Optic barley grown, malted, distilled, matured, and bottled at Kilchoman Distillery, it is a vatting of 23 ex-bourbon barrels and 7 oloroso sherry butts filled between 2008 and 2012.
