Description

Kilchoman's oldest global release to date, this landmark whisky is a combination of 21 casks that have been maturing for over 16 years, in predominantly ex-bourbon barrels with some Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 50% abv, it offers delightfully rich aromas of baked apple, creamy citrus, pears, plums and nutmeg, before a palate of festive spices, fresh vanilla, tropical fruits and smouldering peat smoke. The finish brings dried mango, BBQ smoke and a lasting honey sweetness.
