Description

Kilchoman, which began distilling in 2005, was the first distillery built on Islay in 124 years. This particular release is an 11-year-old single cask bottling, distilled in 2007 and bottled in June 2019. Matured in a first-fill ex-bourbon barrel, it was released exclusively for The Whisky Exchange's 20th Anniversary. It is bottled at 56.5% ABV, non-chill filtered, and has a phenol level of 50 ppm. Only 249 bottles were produced.
