Description

Kilchoman Distillery, founded in 2005, was the first new distillery on Islay in 124 years. It practices 'farm distilling,' growing a proportion of its barley on-site. This Feis Ile 2013 bottling is a limited cask release, produced from barley grown, malted, distilled, matured, and bottled at the distillery. It was matured for 5 years in fresh bourbon barrels.
