Description

Kilchoman distillery was founded in 2005, the first new distillery on Islay in 124 years. This is a single cask release for Feis Ile 2011, aged for five years. The whisky was distilled on 20.04.2006 and bottled on 05.05.2011, with the final four months of maturation in a fresh sherry butt. It is non chill filtered and of natural colour.
