Description

Kilchoman Machir Bay is the flagship peated single malt from Kilchoman Distillery, located on the Isle of Islay, Scotland. It is a vatting of whiskies matured in a high proportion of ex-bourbon barrels and ex-Oloroso sherry butts, creating a balance of classic Islay character with fresh floral complexity. This no-age-statement expression is bottled at 46% ABV, is non-chill filtered, and has no added coloring. It is known for its vibrant and intensely peated character, reflecting the distillery's coastal location and farm-to-bottle production philosophy.
