Kilchoman Sanaig 4 Year Old, Bourbon & Sherry Cask, 2018, 46%

Introduced to the Kilchoman core range on 7th March 2016, this expression has been matured in 70% oloroso sherry casks and 30% bourbon casks. An Islay malt distillery that was the first new distillery on the island for 124 years when it opened in 2005. Founded by the Wills family, the distillery saw a return of the practice of 'farm distilling' to Islay as it used its own barley fields, malt floor. Sanaig is named after an inlet on Islay's rugged Atlantic coast and is a continuously available core range release.
