Description

The Kilchoman Spring 2011 Release is the sixth official bottling from the Kilchoman distillery, a blend of 3 and 4 year old Islay single malt whisky. It was matured in a combination of refill and fresh bourbon barrels, with a portion of the 4-year-old whisky finished in Oloroso sherry butts. It is non-chill filtered and has natural color.
