Description

Established in 2005, Kilchoman is Islay's only farm distillery, growing its own barley and malting it on site. This 100% Islay single malt, part of 'The Awakening Series', was distilled with 20ppm peated malt and matured for eight years in an Oloroso Sherry Cask. It is a limited single cask release of 316 bottles, bottled unfiltered and without coloring.
