Nose
Quite fresh and fruity, with notes of fresh linen, vanilla, green bananas, mango, creamy caramel pudding, mineral, and a very light note of peat. Also hints of freshly ironed sheets, paradise cake, icing sugar, frosted almond paste, cereal, herbaceous and vegetal veins, cedar, yellow apple, and chalk dust.
Palate
Full of flavour, oily and coating, with green bananas, vanilla, white chocolate, pink grapefruit, liquorice, wood spices, pastry sweetness, shortcrust pastry, cream pastries with pineapple, peach, plantains, lemon zest, honey, slight copper, dark chocolate, and bread.
Finish
Mid-long to long with almonds, liquorice, slight pepper, and a peat note. Also dry, acrid minerality, barley grain, vegetable notes, a touch of salt, warm, slight over-ripe blueberries, lemon zest, toffee, and dark chocolate.
