Nose. Dried apricot and berry jam, with almond ice cream and slightly burnt brown sugar, followed by floral oak and a touch of peat. Palate. Orange marmalade (with the peel), a whisper of smoke, banoffee pie and chocolate-covered honeycomb, and caramel digestive biscuits. Finish. Smooth, aromatic peat smoke alongside salted caramel and crème pâtissière.
