Nose
Nose - Fresh on the nose, reminiscent of morning dew, pine forest and damp gooseberry bushes, with a hemp, vegetal note developing over time. Palate - The peat comes to the forefront in the palate with a characteristic sweetness detected in notes of toasted marshmallows and s'mores, along with hints of lemon drizzle cake and shortbread. Finish - The finish sees the continuation of the sweet peat influence and the introduction of a salty note and hints of burnt pretzels and fresh green apples.
